    W.W.II Polish Helmet captured by German,

    Nice Polish Helmet that was captured by a German Soldier.

    Small scratched letters, Polish Feldzug Sept. 1939.

    Even without the scratched letters inside, this is a seldom seen helmet.

                  Nice Polish helmet. Term "salamandra" is not for the helmet itself, but for the paint finish. Paint was mixed with cork particles to obtain rough texture finish.

                    Great helmet, it seems that German soldiers we not too keen on taking souvenirs compared to the Allies.
