Polish ww2 flying badge pin

Hi all,

I just got this badge in a lot of other ww2 German items. Its some 3 cm wide. Any ideas what it is called exactly and what it might be worth.

It is from communist period. It is badge that was worn in pair by Air Force soldiers on a collar (one on each side). I have no idea about current value, but it is very common, being worn till late 80's
