Can аnyone help with ideas what nationality and uniform this trousers are from?

For some reason, the Stamp remind's me of my french Trousers, but the Dressing Pouch let me think British or comonwealth influence.
Maybe something produced after the liberation like the General Service Caps I have with Broad Arrow, but made in Brussels.
