Large helmet lot

Years ago, when starting my collection, I bought a large miscellaneous lot from a WWII veteran Marine. Much of his collection focused on helmets, however they are not my area of primary interest. I'm considering unloading what I can, but the problem is I only have a vague idea what some of them are and have no idea what their worth is. I'm hoping members of the forum can help me, especially with the latter.

He had refinished many of the helmets for some reason, and I know that will ding the value a bit. I suspect many of them are worthless other than as paperweights, but I hope I'm wrong. Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.

Swedish helmet, I presume. Identical Decal both sides. Liner looks as if it could be original.

No clue as to this one. Has a couple stamped codes the vet left unfinished.

A couple doughboy-style helmets, one unfinished and without liner.

The lot also included a few M1 shells, but nothing WWII era nor very original-looking to any era, so I assume they're worthless. Also a fake WWII stahlhelm, refinished and likely worthless.

I'd mostly like to know if there's even any market for these things to make it worth my while. Thanks again for looking.

Helmet #2 is British WWII Civil Defence helmet "Zuckerman". In this condition it's worth 5-10 $ IMO.
Helmet #3 is US Civil defence indeed. About 15-20$ maybe?

The helmet you believe is a WW2 era French Adrian is correct. It's a Model 1926 French Adrian Infantry helmet.

Helmet #6 is Portugal M40 (not the Italian)

#4 is indeed a French M26, but I 'm not sure all parts are WW2 era. Paint looks too fresh, liner is brown instead of black and it wouldn't surprise me if the badge was an 80s repro. More knowledgeable members may confirm this.

#7 looks like a refurbished British helmet, used post war by some other country, judging by the chinstrap and liner.

It generally looks like some of the helmets have been repainted, looking at the fresh paint and the exposed markings on shiny bare metal (British "Zuckerman" and Japanese ones for example). This affects the value negatively, unfortunately.

Post page # 8 is an american M1917A1. This one in my opinion is the best one out of the lot.

Thanks to everyone for the replies. The consensus confirms my suspicion that there's nothing here of much value. Oh well, back in the boxes they go.
