Stamps look Hungarian to me. Clearer images possible?

hungarian stamps had only three numper and letter per line. as well hungary durind wwII had a crown as its national symbol.
that looks more linke an double headed eagle to me. (wwI austria or russia)
better pics are possible?!

Could be Austrian. 1936 would have been in the middle of the Ständestaat period, when the Staatswappen eagle was twin headed. The letters below the Wappen also vaguely look like "HBA" to me, the same as the ones seen on post-war Bundesheer issued articles that we are all familiar with.

Just a guess.
