    What's this?

    West German Water Police or something along those lines?
    Very nice chincord, Navy style cord buttons. Cloth insignia; the eagle reminds me of KM judicial (?) branch eagles. Plastic visor.
    Any ideas?

          Just a tip, Eric, & for all posters with ID questions: Make your topic heading as specific as possible. In this case for example, "West German Water Police Visor Hat??" That way you'll most quickly get someone who may know the answer. Many readers may just skip vaguely worded topics.
