No idea if its an official (bomb aiming export pin but what I noticed is
at the bottom (where the bomb is aimed at)
it looks like a typical Japanese military chrysanthemum symbol...

as seen on military equipment such as Japanese rifles and insignia etc...
So the design appears to be Anti Japan! or at least Japan related and therefor ww2...

Maybe the Japaense forum might know (even if its Anti Japan?)
