Yes, the guy I got it from had several pieces. While I was looking at this badge, a guy was buying 3 French Paratrooper Badges. Each were $20.00 or less. CHUCK

Bonsoir Chuck,

This badge is the french dog handler qualification badge. According to its bronze color, it is the basic level.
You receive it after a 11 weeks course
The silver one (5 weeks) for junior NCO's
The gold for SNCO's (6 weeks).

According to the pin on, I can say that it's from the early 90's till today. The badge was approved by the Chief of Staff, Army on the 07 / 22 / 1980.
