Looking for pics of 1930s Polish Balloon badges being worn

Hi,

There are no western references or google search images (in English) that provide period images of Polish airmen wearing balloon rated badges (pilots, observers). Can any Polish collectors look in their books or stocks of images to provide even one of these being worn?

Would appreciate the help.

Tod thanks for posting this query for me. I did in the end figure out how to find a place to post something Polish and so far one person has posted a book photo to the question and someone else (maybe or maybe the same person) has contacted me through private mail to invite me to contact them, which I have done. I am awaiting their response. Of course now folks want to see the badge, so I hope the Pony Express eats its wheaties and gets here fast!

Oh I just spotted that I cannot post attachments which I assume means no pictures.... why is that?

The illustrated pilot badge on this link is sadly a reproduction, however it is a great illustration of the wearing of the badge. Thanks for that.
