Need help identifying Spanish uniform.

This is a Spanish uncle of mine, who supposedly was in the Spanish Foreign Legion in Morocco. He later joined the Guardia Seville but fought for the Republic during the Spanish Civil War. He survived the war but spent some time in Franco's prisons.

Hello, this is an artillery uniform called "rayadillo". Tha hat is called "Ros". The cord is called "Forrajera" and is red. This uniform is the model 1909 (peninsular and african).
