Help with ID of patch. Korean?

Hello,
Can anyone tell me what this is? For some reason, I just want to think it is Korean. I think there may be Korean or Chinese letters on the newspaper on the back, but it is hard to tell. It has been removed from a uniform.

Can someone tell me what it is and how old? THANKS!!

Definitely South Korean. As to what it stands for....not a clue. I have heard Special Forces to Armor. Hopefully one of the more knowledgeable members will be step in and give you a positive ID.
