    Unknown French Items.

    Hello, I pick up these items, a while ago and I have no idea what they are for. Would anyone be able to help? I am thankfull for any help that I can get.

      Don't quote me, but I think they're modern branch of service insignia - for collar points, maybe?

        The 5-pointed Patches are for Collars
        The 4-Pointed Patches are for the Arm called Losagnes de Bras
        The Slip on Boards look like indochina -theater lokal made Captains ones.
        red on green is transport I think
        Half moon - Morocco or was it Algeria and Morocco has the Star?
        light blue maybe Armor or chasseurs
        Can't find my info for a 100% ID so it's only what I found in the last corner of my brain. the Captain is for sure.

            Back again, this time more detailed

            5-pointed (Pattes de Collet) Collar Patches
            light blue : ENSOA = Ecole Nationale des Sous-Officiers d'Active (National Academy for active NCO's)


            4-Pointed (Losagnes de Bras) Arm Patches
            green and red: with this Grenade Train - Hors unité ou Instruction
            Except unit or Instruction


            red and blue: Artillerie d'Afrique (Sauf Maroc) African Arty except Morocco

            light blue: ENSOA

            Shoulder Boards for Captain Local made, maybe Indochina
