    Pre WWII Polish ankle boots?

    HI.
    I was told that they are pre war Polish. Can anyone ID them as such, from these pictures?

    It is the Polish Post war working boots years 50/60. The material in the middle and the round stamp reminds the Polish mark KT (Kontrola Techniczn) Technical Inspection.
