Unknown Italian?? Medal

Hello again,
Here is an interesting one. The top part is written in Italian about a new civilization in the world, I think. But I have no clue what the bottom wording says or what language it is. And I don't know what the back says, but the flags appear to Italian, Germany, and Japan. Does anyone know what this is? Metal is a cheapy, light metal, similar to German tinnies I think. Any help is greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance!

Looks like it might be the : comemorativa del Tripartito I think vincere means victory...may have been for the spanish civil war italian participants.

Hi,

The Medal is Italian (Fascist period made) and was done to commemorate the Pact between Germany, Italy and Japan, signed in 1939.( Tripartit Pact)
The phrase in the bottom are in Latin...but from the photo I can not see what is written.
I have also this medal present in my collection, at home...

The Medal has nothing to do with the Italian participation during the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939)

VINCERE means VICTORY

"Per una nuova Civiltà nel Mondo" means "For a new Civilization in the World"

I agree with Ciano, nice medal quite graphic killing the hydra. Notice the countries colors on the ribbon Germany on the left, Italy on the right and Japan in the center all separated by the blue. Not sure of the significance of the blue
