Austrian Bundesheer Belt and Buckle(!)

After showing the camo cap that I pulled out of a box placed under the table of a fleamarket vendor not too long ago I would also show a very hard to find Bundesheer belt and buckle that solely was issued to members of the military police called "Militärstreife"

Belt is named and stamped HBA 1965.

As I already mentioned this belt and buckle was only meant to be worn by members of the Militärstreife and therefore I am sure were made only in very limited numbers.
You will find more details in the Urrisk book.

I've looked through the books Bernhard mentioned and I have not found any of these buckles visible in any of the pictures in the books.

On page 249 in Volume 7 of the Urrisk book you will find a drawing
of the buckle and one member of the Militärstreife sporting this in wear.

Thanks for the info. Looking at the picture in the book with a magnifying glass I can just barely make out the design on the buckle. Without the post of the picture of your buckle I would never have known what it was. Nice to have books to refer to!
