Italian Fasist Banner

I found this in a foot locker from an officer who was with the 12th Corps in Italy. The body of the banner is about 18" x 24", and the embrodiery is metalic thread. I was told these have been heavily faked (what hasn't?). Can anyone tell if it is indeed legit and its value?

It is not fake, it's original (but better a high resolution image)
It is for fascists women section of Vallelunga a little town in the middle of Sicily (near Caltanisetta)
Hard to give a value... A sicilian collector give much more than a northern collector; if you found a collector of Vallelunga may be he will can die for it
