    Hello Marc,

    I'm not sure if you are referring to an organization called "American Military Order of the Firing Squad," or if you want procedural information on how executions by firing squad are (were) carried out. If the latter, let me know, as I have the WWII U.S. War Department Pamphlet entitled "Procedure for Military Executions" which gives this information. As far as any organization by that name, I've never heard of one.

        The Military Order of the Firing Squad is a sub-group of one of the large veterans' organizations. I believe it's the Veterans of Foreign Wars, but I can't confirm that.
