WWII French and Russian Helmet liners

Does anyone have a WWII Russian Helmet and/or a WWII French helmet that they can post a picture of? I am particularly interested in the liners of these helmets rather than the outside. I am being offered one of each but don't know enough about them to decide if they are of WWII vinage or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Richard, I can help you with the WW2 Russian helmet liners. I have both the M1936 helmet and M1940 patterns. There are 3 different liner patterns. Many that you see for sale regularly are actually Czech helmets which have a German style liner, avoid these.
