Second Chance offer, should I?

The seller has two of them so I got a second chance offer. I have a tan camo cover helmet on the way same as this so I am thinking twice. For the money I'd be paying is this something I should not pass up? I was hoping to score it for 50 bucks but I went up a few bucks on it.

Seller also has the uniforms to go with the helmet at 50 a set. pants and jacket.

if you like the helmet, then buy it, dont worry about a few dollars more than you wanted to pay, since it's not a common item.

first of all check the ebay-sites for information what appears on your MY EBAY-section if it is an official second chance offer.

i just received one aswell for a ww1-document where i was the second highest bidder.

the guy wanted payment via western union and that was the moment when my alarm bells ringed. i got in contacht with the ebay-seller and he told me he didn't send a second chance offer. !!!

so somebody with a roumanian name living in the netherlands tried to ripp me off.
