It's apparently an Arrow Cross pin of somesort. There are a massive ammount of fakes made of Arrow Cross. I know this from experience. So don't get your hopes up.

Arrow cross means that this pin could be prewar or war time one.Also to me looks old.But as you said it also could be new.But if worthless why would anyone make stuff like that?I want to say this is 2,00 Euro pin...
