              Very nice buckles. Thanks for posting them.

              The Grabski product that you have identified as “Warsaw Division” was actually a pattern introduced in the late 1930’s and intended to be adopted as the standard army issue belt buckle. Full implementation of the new issue was interrupted by the war. The design took some obvious styling cues from the German pattern of the time. The initial distribution of the buckle included the NCO school in the city of Rembertow, hence the name “Rembertowski” given to the pattern.

              There is one other known maker, the firm “D.M.”. Grabski examples were typically serial numbered, so I suspect that yours has a number stamped on one of the sides.
