Identity disks.....or what?

Don't remember where or when I got these......also do not know what they are. I have the feeling they are identity disks, but have no idea what country, period, or anything else about them for that matter. The one has information on both sides, and the other, shaped somewhat like a WW2 German one....though much smaller, less than 1/2 the size, has only one side with information. Can anyone identify them for me, and tell me what the meaning of the markings are?

Hi,

Top tag is 100% Polish pre-'39. Can't say for sure about the bottom one though.

not an expert in german tags-but the bottom one is "Erstaz Machine Gun Kompanie" and 9th Armee Korps".
