Shoulder Boards ID Help Please

What country and era are these shoulder boards from? The back material is forest green color.

From that Pic _I would say it's Reichsbahn. What are the materials?

The green backing looks like felt material. Any idea as to value?

They are Imperial German Shoulderboards. They look like Prewar WW1 and I think they are from a deadstock.

What do you mean by Deadstock?

Presumably the differeing female sections of the bachelor buttons & possibly different buttons indicates that they were actually worn.

These are not from the imperial era. They are definitely post WWII forestry. I don't think the crowns were originally on the boards.
