      it's a very nice sea MEW for cap badge of the Dutch Nationale Jeugd Storm (Mussert Youth) , here you can see the cap and a complete badge for it.

          HI Lee and Max...thanks for the information about what type of badge this is. Max: Your badge is of better quality than my piece...I think my piece must be a later zinc version. It is surely a very nice looking eagle.
