What is this Metallic Badge From and For? I hope someone here knows....

I got this badge with coat of arms with some militaria in a auction years ago, I am hoping someone can tell me the origin of this badge and who it was awarded to

    Thank You

I would suggest that this may be a Polish coat of arms pin / broach. The broach consists of a gold starburst with a red Falcon / Eagle on a white field with a shield bearing a gold cross. Red & white are the national colours of Poland. The Falcon / Eagle is the national symbol of Poland and the white shield with red and gold cross represent the Catholic Church, the state religion of Poland.

Usually, for Poland the Eagle is white on a red background so the colours have been reversed. This may just be a piece of costume jewelry. Just my opinion.

I have seen similar ones from time to time and also believe it is costume jewelry.
