Unknown shelter quarter

Please help to identify this prewar shelter quarter. Model is quite similar to Imperial Russian, prewar Lithuanian. Stamps are absent. Czechoslovakia? Hungary?

To my best knowledge soviet shelter quarters there squares 180 x 180 cm (see link below) while this shelter quarter has shape of rhombus.

The first one is most probably an Austrian after WW1, and the last one on ebay is a WW1 Austro-Hungarian shelter half

I had a camo version, being told hete its immediate postwar production for czeck. army. Note repairs made from german splinter camo material:
