Trying to ID a 5th SF Green beret Capt./ Major

He was supposedly the commandant of the 5th SF group in Nha Trang in 1970. Seen here escorting General Abrams at the base in the photo. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Time period would make him Col Healy. Not sure it looks like him.
Group commanders were always Bird Colonels.
There were a number of Lt Colonels who commanded the companies and B Teams.
Col Healy at the 86 Chicago parade.

He was a General when he retired.
Extremely well liked by all who knew and served with him.

Yea he looks too tall to be the guy in the pic. The photo guy is a shorter-scrappy-tough as a bulldog looking guy. I have a '67 dated green beret that supposedly belonged to him (who ever he is) but still trying to ID him, even just for "attribution" if not actual provenance. It was upgraded from captain to a Major, you can see the imprint of captains bars, but I think the Major is all it became.
