I think white grenade and white buttons are for cavalry so this kepi coul be for 1er Régiment Etranger de Cavalerie ?

Correct. White/silver is for cavalry and mechanized units.

I think it's a Mle. 1946, and it has the earlier 'full' bomb. I believe later models have a circle instead of a dot as bomb.

I have seen mle. 1946 legion képis with the the grenade in green too, not sure what units those are for.
