Embroidered jacket value

I saw one nearly identical to this one at a little antique shop for $125.00 the other day. I didn't get a photo of it but as I said, it is nearly identical to this one (I swiped this photo from eBay to use as an example)
The one I saw had Chu Lai 68-69 and was a tiny size, almost like for a child.
My question is, are these collectible or would this be worth picking up?

Kids sizes normally can be found in the $60-$75.00 range.
