Helmets and Mortar Rounds

Hello all,

I just purchased a few helmets that look like original French m51 with the fixed bale, and some mortar rounds which have some Vietnamese writing on them. Bought at a small junk shop in Hanoi, Vietnam the other day.

Would anyone be able to help me identify them, date range and possible value, and any other background information?

Can you get ordnance and helmets out of VN now? 20 years ago (last time I was there) it was impossible even with "gifts" to the customs.

The rim/flare on the helmets doesn't look wide enough to be Mle. 51 helmets, at least as presented in the photo.
