Camo Jungle Hat - Vietnam War

This came with a large lot of WW2 uniform items. I assume it belonged to the vet's son in Vietnam, unless it is just a sportswear item.

So - Is it Vietnam War era? and is it US?

It is a classic Vietnamese made bush hat, sometimes worn in the field or on air bases ramps, and often brought back as a souvenir.

Okay - thanks. I have seen similar hats with the little red "arc" patch on them. I didn't want to offer this as Vietnames if it wasn't.

I also think V Nam. This style wasn't made till nam period, and had the vinyl sweat band. Id say the son would know more about it, as it may be s vietnamese especially if the size is tiny.
