    LLDB Beret

Would love to hear folks opinions on this little number, I'm really not sure about the insignia?

Crap IMO. I would avoid buying anything from that seller.

Not that easy unfortunately. He is mixing good stuff with fakes.

The beret might be good, but I don't like the badge.

I just looked at his other auctions .

The tiger beret says it all .

But the caps are good, except that the badge of the kaki one has been added and is from a previous period. And so is the 2 qts canteen.
His liners are ridiculous, his bush hats too.

This guy has been mixing stuff for years and he sometimes created it all (like the ranger bush hat).

            Simon,

i would pass on this example and treat the rest of his products with extreme caution at the very least.....

The occasional original item is offered but the rest of his "stock" is problematic shall we say?

            Patrick.

To be even more precise, the kaki one is a school cap, legit. And the "Vietnam Cong Hoa" badge has been added.

Thank you very much gents for your enlightening opinions about this seller and the 'as I saw it'- the mix of good and bad. Alarm bells were ringing in my head

When navigating tricky grounds, Patrick always manages to convey key information in the most diplomatic terms possible. He MUST be a negotiator!!

The music on each of the auctions was enough to deter me from bidding..........

The seller posted some books, which look ok, but since the seller is already offering such a large amount of fake looking items as originals, on principle, I just wouldn't do business with the seller.

I agree that he mixes items. His Rare French indochine (TD3) 3rd Airborne Drago Badge EbaY Item number: 320394239038 is in my opinion a original piece at a very fair price.

I am sure that the TD3ND is original but I really feel that the tongue has been refiled with red color.
