    No sweat Alex,
The jacket is 100% but I think it stopped in the hands of the vietnamese militaria sellers/mockers. Xuong IB means (I think) workshop or something like that and this stamp appears on many clothes like trousers, shirts and fake camo berets.
My assessment is after perhaps less accurate. I think that lots of used clothes in different condition 've been stored by vietnamese sellers in the late 80's in order to do business with tourists. Bad condition camo clothes've cut in pieces and quickly berets and boonie hats in different camo materials appeared. I think that good conditions clothes 've been stamped Xuong IB too and some received patches in order to boost selling prices.
    Cheers
    Valery

i think valery and bob are correct, the shirt is legit, messed with by adding the patch, so i keep the shirt for what it is, a large size Arvn shirt.
Damm i m not getting a bit closer to my Arvn collection.
