No, I've never owned the vest version. I've seen them, they are quite rare and getting expensive for sure. I just sold a "rifleman's" version last week. I like complete sets, this set (though it didn't come out together) looks perfect together.

I have quite a few of these jackets but I never get tired of looking at them. They weren't worn in VN very much but I do have some pics of them being used around late 70/early 71.

Can you post an inside shot of the beret? Nice set!
