NVA Medic Bag: Real or Tourist Trash?

Hello Everyone,
I have a question about these NVA medic bags that you see all over eBay. Can anyone tell me if these are legitimate Vietnamese surplus bags or are they made for the tourist trade? I’d like to possibly pick one up while they are still plentiful but only if they are a legitimate piece of Vietnamese military gear. I look forward to hearing some opinions about them.

Thanks for the info. I see these all over and would hate to miss out while they are still available and cheap. But if they’re trash, they’re trash.
