I need some help. What are these? They are small and well made. Both pieces have similar printed labels that look Vietnamese to me. I suspect it is post war private purchase Vietnamese military, but that is little more than a guess.
The pants have buttons and loops at the bottoms to wear the ankles snugged up against the legs. The pants have no rear pockets and a button fly,
The jacket has loops for shoulder boards and loops for a belt, neither of which I have. The chest pockets are made with concealed buttons as is the 5 button front closure. There is a drawstring at the waist that runs through a tunnel sewn inside of the jacket. The tunnel as well as the drawstring are made of the same camo material as the rest of the uniform.
All buttons are of dark green or black plastic.
This was a flea market pickup and I have no history on the uniform. I believe I got it 10 - 15 years ago.
Any help will be appreciated.
