Dunkelblaue Visor, Police?

Wonder if anyone can help as im going to be selling this visor but just cannot find the right branch use I belive its a pre war Police of some sort but that dark blue top , cannot find a match, black , green and other colours i can find. All comments welcome folks

What makes it Weimar period since it has no Weimar cockade on it? Just wondering.

It has an Imperial style Nationale cockade and a NCO style Prussian cockade which may, or may not, be original to the cap. These FW caps continued in use up until the circa 1936 Polizei/Feuerwehr uniform changes (with wear-out period) and one will occasionally find one with a NS Zeit Polizei eagle on the band where the Prussian cockade is now. There is currently an example of this cap on the Collectors Guild website.
