Looking for opinions on this flat shovel carrier. This was on a German WWII Flat Shovel and was wondering if this was an Imperial German? It is dated 1913 or 1918? Many thanks!

I am not really concerned about the date, but what country of manufacturer is this flat shovel carrier? I will try to clean the date up a bit to tell what year?

The other markings on this carrier are not German. The belt loop is also not typical of any German WWI pattern.

It is a dutch or danish shovel cover ( don't remember which country of those 2 it exacly is but definately not german ).
