"Imperial" Headgear funny business on Ebay

His description sets the record for the most hyperbole in a single paragraph:

Read all data and details well here..as it came to us it goes for sale...talk about a rare rendition here from Mr. Peter Kupper..I counted 12 stitches per inch on this beautiful craftsmanship to behold...color code for Heavy Ulanen Regiment Kingdom of Prussia or what became Unified Germany after The Great War... Regiment No. 11th I was told. This is all WWI data given to me...but I do know that Military German Hats or Caps for PEKURO came of age by 1937-1938. This particular specimen has to be on that Era because...it's just PEKURO...not a representative or a store that carried PEKURO. Kokarden fully magnetic--!! Tight Doeskin Crown with a leather lining--!!! Can I be serious enough? I need Mr. Bill Shea the real expert on this one. Proper girth on the rhomboid inner shield ..the blue colored emblem and letters are done with a hint of metallic hue..nice..rare...the hat was used and shows plenty of parts that are just not there...also there is some usage marks on crown top...please see photo with careful details and ask questions if you need to. Proper waffle pattern and rust color for PEKURO on the vulkanfiber underside...thus the bill. The book has the owners name and notes twice..the medal is a Court Mount but unlike yours mine is War Time issued...you can tell by the reverse crude finish...but that is how it was until more sophisticated and beautiful renderings like yours came to be..I write it as so... because people forget that...it was a war...the vocabulary "Mint and Gorgeous" many of times is not very war like but.."Collector War Like," I mean...war is hell. The Iron Cross for Bravery in Combat also has a neatly reinforced bridge top...that is also WWI Era...bar none. It's called combat... meaning that decoration was worn in combat as a regular issuance piece then worn elsewhere when proper circumstances with the... Court Mount Solitaire you now see... That is not the same at all as.... Senior Officer's Mount... Parade Mount.. Austrian Mount...no it's not. Worn in combat means... while in combat tucked usually inside your breast pocket... then worn as a ribbon on button eyelet or suspended from that or... suspended from breast pocket...all of that if you made it back!! To HQ or Barracks after battle..if any ..at all. WWI was a very ..very brutal and personal conflict..no one worn any kind of Mount while on combat..they were trying to stay alive with their friends and make it back...little room for "Mint" and "Medallics" on that one...is it expensive? Yes...now try to find a PEKURO this unusual for less? A very multi layered multi construction built hat that I'd totally Pre-WWII... this is the kind of testament of German Craftsmanship in superb quality that placed Mr. Peter Kupper on top of the already established legends of Hat Makers as that Nation entered another difficult conflict. Proper saddle shaped signature of PEKURO..proper girth on top ivory seam versus the matching two on center band... proper fusion-weaved of such for the Era spoken of -!!! Solid hat nothing here is flimsy. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.... Free Shipping is for the lower 48 States in Continental USA...and with professional care.. the hat and the decoration carries no initials or name that I could find..I'm not flexing or taking nothing apart..but in plain eyes I found nothing as is.

Kaum getragene, sehr gute Erhaltung.

All that breathless hype, and , as usual, not remotely accurate.
I can't comment as to authenticity for the Bavarian cap, but the other is of course a postwar verein cap for the Prussian 9th or 10th Dragoons, not 11th "heavy ulans"
Love these sellers mit der "I was told........................
