B cloth insignia and Imperial WW1 button(DRGM) with eagle.

Few days ago I found in a mansard few WW2 German buttons and also these two WW1 relics. Please, maybe someone can help me to attribute ''B'' insignia, is it from shoulder board, which unit or regiment?

This is a WWII insignia. There was nothing like this style of letter used on WWI boards.

The "B" is WW 2 WH for an artillery Beobachter or observer. If the finish on it is gold then it would be for an officer's shoulder board.
