Yes, they were remarked with every reissue, unless it was staying in the same unit, in which case the Garniture number would have been updated, if necessary.

"10 R" is a somewhat odd marking. You would think if it is the Prussian grenadier regiment it would have something more, as there was no "10 R" except in the Bavarian army. Certainly, it's not a Garde marking. Are there multiple Wappen holes?

I removed the wappen, and added a few more pictures. It appears that a couple of holes on each side have been plugged.
