Help with some shoulder tabs needed

    Hi
These are way out of my collecting field.
I would like to know what I have and of coarse if they are original.
    Many thanks

    straps

They are all pre-WW 1 enlisted men's straps for Inf. Regt. 80 von Gersdorff's Fusiliers (Hessian) and Inf. Regt. 26 King Leopold of Anhalt-Dessau (1st Magdeburg) and would be worn on the dark blue tunic.

The Füsilier Rgt.80 had a medium blue shoulder strap with a red crown and cypher of Victoria Frederike (since 1898).

So the tabs with the 80 are earlier than 1898?

            Hi Andya,

They would have to be earlier. I don't know of any other unit that was numbered this high that would work. F.R.80 changed army corps by 1898. Previously, it was Hessen, and then became Kurhessen under the Prussians. The regiment's battalions were spread out in a number cities.
