Apart from the possibility of "Pioneer Battalion 2 (Bavarian ?)" I can not work out what the rest means ???

any thoughts on the "UV" ?

The only thing I can think of for the "UV" is "Unteroffizier Vorschule". I can't figure out why it would be marked like that, unless the battalion trained their own NCOs. It's probably wrong.
