Surgical Kit - some help please?

Can you please take a look at this surgical kit?

I understand it is Imperial German, a bring-back to NZ.

I can't quite make out the name on the leather but this is what I can read:

"Fabrik ?

H Middendorf

Munster W

?"

The only name I can see is on the scissor clamp: "Luer"

Any info you can provide would be appreciated.

Also, does anyone know what these sell for? I have a chance to buy it but have no idea of value.

Luer was the name of a German manufacturer and inventor of medical instruments. This would have been a privately purchased medical wallet.
