Untouched near mint Reuss Pickelhaube & cover

Hi all,

Iam more into ww2 itmes but I couldnt miss this one which recently came out of a familys estate. I was realy surprised to see the condition when I first removed the cover. Iam sure this one didnt see the daylight for the past 100+ years. Its almost mint!! Sure always had the cover on and was sitting in its box.
I realy wondered for the quality beeing an EM´s helmet ?
It is missing a rivet of the spike but that should come along. In hands you see the eagle is well sinked into the corps.
Whats your opinion on this piece ?

I agree you really lucked out with this one and as said "be hard pressed" to find one in better condition. Plain to see that it being in it's case all these years really saved it from the ravagess of time
