If you read the description.... he mixes the regiment... and the Red Baron... but nowhere says its his tunic... in fact.....
"TUNIC IS NOT NAMED AND TO MY KNOWLEDGE IS THE ONLY OFFICER TUNIC TO THIS FAMOUS REGIMENT IN EXISTENCE. MIGHT AS WELL BE THE RED BARON'S, NOTHING OUT THERE EXISTS TO CONTEST."

The PlM seems to be a nice looking Steinhauer & Lück type, presumed post-WWII (though if you search the forum you'll see speculation S & L may have made some pre-'45). Whether it's even an authentic S & L would require a closer look, too, as they are being copied due to collector interest and rising value on eBay, etc.
I don't believe anyone thinks this type of PlM would be of WWI vintage.

Looks like a real tunic and cap from what I saw. I need to look again.
It's a Lt and Manfred was a Rittmeister. How many Olt were in this regiment from the beginning on the field gray ulanka till it was discontinued is unknown to me. It's a very attractive set but $30k is a bit too expensive for me.
It would be unlikely the Red Baron would have a ulanka that wasn't upgraded in rank IMO so that is an issue right off the bat. Now, the fact that nobody knows who originally wore it and he doesn't state it was owned by Der Rittmeister says it all.

From what I can tell in the photos the items look period and original with the exception of the PLM which I defer to the opinion of the post above that it is probably post WWII and for sure post WWI.
The PLM would have to be a solid WWI period (or earlier) award IMO for the set to be in the range of the asking price.
The other items are nice and maybe valued at 7 -10 K depending on some things but there is nothing to associate this set with the RB other than the regiment.
