I like it. I would say it is a genuine piece with the stamp added after the war when it became part of the costumers inventory.
My only question would be all the padding in the lining? I am no expert on these, but that seems unusual? More often seen on a peaked cap than a tellermutze?
The stamp is indeed from a costumier. The cockades are from the officer model and if I'm not wrong this kind of cap is for the troop. So there are two possibilities: the cockades have been change or it's a schirmmütze who loose the visor.
