Highly suspect. It's so easy to make a fake cap of this type of material.
The thread looks pretty new from what I can see. Also, the outside looks like the cap was used, but the inside looks unused. Last, when a cap is 100 years old, dirt and dust collects in those hard to clean seams. For example, above and below the crown piping. On an original cap I would not expect to see those areas cleaner than the more exposed areas.
This cap looks like maybe it was artificially dirtied, but they neglected to get into those seams.
The tally is too wide for the band and it looks "stuffed-in". The threads that hold it in place should not be where they are if this is truly the front of the cap. The cockade is not the correct one. The white-top cap took a sew-on pressed cardboard version. This type was worn on the blue top cap. My first impression is that it is put together from some other navy type navy cap and original tally and cockade.
