That's an excellent looking buckle, and the superb unit marking is the added "icing on the cake"! Congratulations on such a fine addition to your collection!

G.H. Osang must have been the largest manufacturer of Saxon buckles. Saxony also seems to be the most prolific kingdom for unit marked issued buckles. I've only ever seen a very few Wurttemburg unit marked examples, and a few Prussian unit marked examples. It's a fun challenge to collect the different Saxon unit marked buckles.
