Hello everyone, I've found this buckle, but I'm not an expert in this field....may be a Uffizier Hungarian buckle?

Curious as to how the scratches would get under the emblem piece on the buckle?

It's a private purchase buckle for Hungarian troops. It has nothing to do with an NCO. Any rank could buy one. I believe this is the M1911 version.
